For the last few days, our colleagues have been in Athens supporting IBIA‘s Annual Convention 2024. This is a key event in the bunkering industry calendar and this year’s has been as insightful as ever.
Conversations have centered around the latest sector trends, upcoming regulatory changes, and what the future of bunkering could look like.
Our COO Kenny MacLean and Head of Global Operations Jeroen de Vos both took part in panel discussions focusing on a range of issues including new fuel specifications, the growing demand for transparency and traceability, and adapting to future fuels.
As well as being platinum sponsor of the Conference, we also hosted our own customer biofuels event where our subject matter experts discussed the ISO 8217-2024 updates and embracing biofuel.
The convention has provided a fantastic opportunity to engage with our peers and we’d like to thank everyone who came along to our event or who joined the panel discussions.
