Peninsula held its first face-to-face Graduate Assessment Days in both London and Gibraltar in May. Potential Graduates who have applied for the 2022 cohort travelled from across UK & Europe in order to take part. Assessment Days are a series of exercises commonly used by employers to test skills which are not assessable from traditional interviews alone. This year, the assessment days saw graduates’ complete presentations, sales pitches and group activities amongst other exercises. Peninsula would like to thank all those that helped make the day possible, from ensuring IT equipment was available, travel arrangements went smoothly, and all assessors were well prepared. We were able to showcase our one team value and received feedback from the potential graduates that the day made them want to work for Peninsula even more! We look forward to welcoming our new cohort in 2022!
